This bracelet symbolises the Bodhisattva's blessing for all things perfect, peaceful, healthy, long-lived, auspicious, and happy! Natural saltwater pearls are also beneficial for those lacking the water element in their Five Elements theory, as water is vital for wealth.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
To care for and maintain pearls, always treat them gently, as their surface is delicate and easily damaged. Put pearls on after applying cosmetics, perfume, hairspray, or lotion, since chemicals can dull their luster. After each wear, wipe them with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils and sweat that may weaken the nacre. When cleaning, use only mild soap and lukewarm water, and never soak a pearl necklace because the silk thread can stretch or weaken; avoid ultrasonic cleaners, steamers, and anything abrasive.
Store pearls separately in a soft pouch or fabric-lined box to prevent scratches, and avoid airtight containers or excessive heat, which can dry out and damage the pearls. Wear your pearls regularly—natural moisture from the skin helps maintain their shine—but avoid exposing them to sweat, chlorine, saltwater, or household cleaners.
